Our Products

EQ Wear designs and produces all of our products. We make them in Oklahoma with love, and we use only the best materials found all over the world – including Oklahoma.  We select our leathers and fabrics to enhance your riding performance while always making you look and feel great. The colors we choose range from those that inspire us in the Oklahoma landscape to those we see in Native American Art to those that we have learned are loved by you. 

Speaking of Colors

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on EQ-Wear.com. Appearance, however, may vary depending upon monitors and displays and we cannot guarantee that another monitor or device will display colors with complete accuracy.  Please do not depend upon a digital representation for color.

Further, our beautiful materials, such as leather and denim, are natural products. These will vary both from piece to piece and even within the same piece.  We love these variations and embrace them as ‘character’ and are part of our designs.  Please consider this when selecting your items.

First-Time Orders

For your security, please be aware first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or to a corporate work address that we can verify independently. To avoid order delays, please ensure your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and the cardholder's name is entered as it appears on your card. Please also ensure your contact details are filled in accurately so we may contact you if necessary. 

Sizing Information

Please refer to our Size Chart for information on how our garments fit. If you need more help, our customer care team can answer all of your questions – simply contact customercare@eq-wear.com or 918-921-3533. Don't forget it's free to exchange items for a different size within the U.S. See our Returns Policy for more information.

Packaging and Gift Options

Your purchases will be lovingly packaged and sent to you. Gifts orders may be placed by checking the box under packaging options, and can include an optional gift message (Do we have a method of doing this?). And if you like, we will festively wrap your gift or send in a signature box, with your message included.  Can we charge an extra fee for gift wrapping?

Important Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.
  • Before we can dispatch purchases, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted.  For stock items, delivery time includes a 48-hour period for processing and dispatch by our warehouse. Please note during holidays or sales periods, this period may be longer. For custom items, we will be in contact with you for an estimated time of delivery.
  • We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers.

Receiving Your Order

For U.S. Orders:

EQ Wear ships packages requiring a delivery signature upon arrival. This ensures purchases are safely delivered to you. Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement at the time of checkout, and the courier will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order. We realize this may be inconvenient, but we would like to ensure your purchases arrive securely.
When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you may update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note: if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions, and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

International Orders:

A signature is required for all international packages.


EQ Wear insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Unless you waive the signature requirement, we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example. a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during order checkout. For orders within the U.S., sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Oklahoma and as required by law. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the U.S. Please note that all non-customs-related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. EQ Wear is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.


Website Security

To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, EQ Wear uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. EQ Wear is powered by Shopify and is Level 1 PCI Compliant. This ensures your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.


We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards, and other forms of payment as described on the Site. (anything besides PayPal?) Payment is debited from your card at time the order is placed.

EQ Wear also provides the option to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last 4 digits. You may delete card details by unchecking the box "remember my payment details" on the payment page. Please note you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. We hope you understand this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.
