Returns Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all EQ Wear and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
 Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
 Please email customercare@eq-wear.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without EQ Wear tags.
 All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days and no later than 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of EQ Wear and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
 Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Returning your purchase

Once you have received your RMA number, simply send back your item(s) using the return instruction included with your RMA. Complete and sign a copy of the returns proforma invoice that you received with your order and include it with your return.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

There is no charge to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item sent within the US. 
Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through your EQ Wear account, and specify the new size you require. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or color or fabric combination, we ask that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. Processing, shipping, and relevant tax and import duties will apply. Made to order items may not be exchanged.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or EQ Wear account and will include shipping costs for faulty items. 
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Please note card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Prices and taxes

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
 If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Oklahoma or as required by law. For shipments outside the US, please contact customercare@eq-wear.com.

Insurance

EQ Wear insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. In some cases, signatures may be waived in your customer profile.

Website Security

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure EQ-Wear uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.Digital Security Certificates
 EQ Wear is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards and other forms of payment as described on the Site. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch except when purchasing advance payment and made to order items when payment is collected at the time of order.

EQ Wear also provides the option for you to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last 4 digits so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details by unchecking the box "remember my payment details" on the payment page. 
Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

Important information

EQ Wear make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. Please be advised that computer monitors vary on color display and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Further, our natural products such as leather and denim, will vary both from piece to piece and even within the same piece. Please make this allowance when selecting your products.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at customercare@eq-wear.com.

If you need to return an item, please return it in the same shipment and original internal packaging as quickly as possible. This will ensure timely exchange and/or credit.

We prefer that items are returned and insured during transit. You may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is:
